“Bobby Fischer, the chess champion, visited Norman Cousins of the Saturday Review, who asked if the youngster planned to go to college. “Nah,” said Fischer. . . “Why not?” Cousins asked. . .Fischer shrugged: “I don't wanna do no home work” . . . Cousins continued: “But if you go to college, you'll get the chance to find out who you are” . . . “Oh, I know who I am,” said the brash young chess champion.”
