Russians Moving Fast In Chess Tourney
Willemstad, Curacao, June 7—(UPI)—A victory in yesterday's play at the international chess tournament here moved Russia's Paul Keres up to a 12-all tie for first place with Ewfim Geller, also Russian.
A third Russian, Tigran Petrosian, is in second place with 11½ points.
Bobby Fischer of the United States stands third with 9½
Paul Benko, the other American contender and Russia's Victor Korchnoi are tied for fourth at 8½ each.
